if you don’t want to be burdened with all the little details necessary to successfully complete your project, this option is for you! This typically applies to our Special Order products.

Self Serve Design Process
if you have a good idea of what you want and how you’re going to get it done… and want to save some money. This option is for you! This typically applies to our stock and RTA (Ready To Assemble) quick ship cabinets.
Self Serve Design Process
Design Stage
1. Select all appliances
2. Provide all kitchen measurements to your designer
3. Select sink and plumbing fixtures
4. Provide sink specifications to your designer and countertop provider
5. Discuss work area and storage needs with your designer
6. Receive first draft of plans from your designer
7. Review plans with your designer and make changes as needed
Order Stage
Special Order
1. Select door style, drawer front style, finish, and construction
2. Sign off on drawings, styles, and finishes
Please Note:
– 50% deposit is required to place order
– ETA is 10-16 weeks once order is placed
– changes made after order is placed will impact cost and ETA

– ETA is 2 business days (dependent on availability of stock, and delivery and installer schedule)
– 100% balance due prior to delivery
Hardware
– select and order 2 weeks prior to cabinet installation
Before Installation
1. Remove existing cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash
2. Cap all plumbing fixtures
3. Do any electrical or plumbing changes needed
3. Fix drywall as needed and paint at least 1 finish coat
4. Install flooring (see our sister store Langford Flooring for flooring options)
Delivery
– remaining balance is due prior to delivery
– you will receive a week’s notice before we receive your cabinets
– cabinets will be shipped to you within 72hrs of us receiving them
– cabinets and appliances must be in the house but not in the kitchen
Installation
– we recommend working with our installers for best results
– hardware must be on site
Countertops
– select and order 4 weeks prior to cabinet installation
– all orders must be paid in full prior to being sent to production
– templating can be done once base cabinets are installed
– fabrication takes approximately 2-3 weeks
Final Stage
1. Paint final coat if still needed
2. Install appliances, sinks, plumbing fixtures, and backsplash
3. Sit back and enjoy the view of your new kitchen!
